Accessibility

ZooHouse Fit Club should work for everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, voice control, or magnification. We are working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, and we treat gaps as bugs to fix.

What we have done

• Every public page was scanned with an automated WCAG 2.2 AA checker on October 11, 2026, and what it found was fixed.
• A skip link lets keyboard users jump past the menu to the main content.
• Pop-up windows keep keyboard focus inside them, close with the Escape key, and return you to where you were.
• Form fields have labels, and text meets contrast requirements.
• Animations are turned down if your device is set to reduce motion.

Known limits

• The signed-in member area (dashboard, program, challenge room, and check-ins) is still being reviewed, and has not yet been fully tested with screen readers.
• Photos and videos that members post in the Locker Room may not have text descriptions.
• Embedded music players, exercise videos, and the checkout and payment screens come from other providers, and we do not control their accessibility.

If something on the site is hard or impossible to use, email info@zoohousefitclub.com. Tell us the page, what happened, and the device or assistive technology you were using. We will reply within 5 business days, and we will offer another way to get what you need while we fix it.
